I also said they should get a royalty deal as part of the spinoff or sale for an ongoing revenue stream. Key thing is to get this valuable asset out of the hands of this totally inept management team as soon as possible. A 50 cent one time dividend would benefit shareholders more than another 5 years with Manny and Moe in charge imo. But that's only me, I realize at least a few people are quite satisfied with the .13 share price. Of course this entire discussion is meaningless until they can prove they have something that works profitably in the real world.
