Pretty sure if volume does not pick up those note holders and other dilutors are going to again start to bring this down. Low volume with what seems like a endless supply of cheap shares is so much of a sign that this is going lower. They do not really care how much they get per share, but they need to sell more if at a lower PPS that is all.
