The GTAT BK Judge is leaning to exposing the whole Sapphire contract. That will be bad news for Apple, as it will expose ruthless, oppressive terms, that will show to the world that Apple is not the 'Nice-Guy' company of Steve Jobs, but a Cruel, unwarranted task-master of a bully under Tim Cook's guidance.
If Apple has any brains left at the top- they should try to make a quick deal with GTAT and try to halt the firing of a 1000 GTAT employees, and a bidding war for GTAT by Chinese companies.
