Well at least in that regard, SNEY is equal to a QBX , today anyway. No worries, big sis of the SEC shut em all down one day about a year ago as well. She's got a hrd on for OTC, especially the kind that don't report, or are not current. So, in that regard, SNEY definitely has done the right thing
