Totally untrue. There are many companies that trade every day that have several billion shares OS and they are at levels higher than 0001 and 0004 etc....
It's all about volume and buying pressure. If we were to get some positive news and even with a high OS this pps could certainly move into the middle and high triple 0's with no problem.
