The company has given us strong hints on at least the 2000 acre area:

1. 2008/2010 drilling campaigns
2. pictures showing the 71 anomalies and their size & intensities
3. recent independent lab results of 61 ground samples taken
4. CEO sating that the results of the first 11 anomalies analyzed "far exceeded his expectations".

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize there's LOTS of GOLD on this property!

RAVVVVC!!!

Actually, that's not the only question USPR needs to answer. Plus, they've needed to answer that question for at least the 15 months that I've been following USPR, and apparantly for many years before that. Maybe it's time they answer that question already.

And where exactly has USPR stated, USPR not anyone here, that they intend to seek a buyout?

worth repeating:

there is only one question that needs answering.....
HOW MUCH GOLD, SILVER, AND COPPER IS THERE ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY...37,000 ACRES?
because the answer to that question will determine the buyout price....
all these other "issues", are being thrown at us to divert attention from the only real issue.
and we keep getting hints as to how much gold there really is.... and we'll be getting more hints over the next several weeks/ months

Here's the answer to your question. It's in the 10-Q.

uspr tells us, “uspr will never realize any gold, silver, copper or money in the foreseeable future”.

Refer to page 38

Revenue

We earned no revenue in either the three months ended August 31, 2014 or 2013 and as an exploration stage company we do not anticipate earning revenue in the foreseeable future.

How long is the foreseeable future, 100 years or only fifty years?

Now, Refer backward to page 37
In addition, we owe another former attorney the sum of approximately $90,000 under an arbitration award. The attorney has initiated efforts to effect a judgment against the Company.
At the time of this report, we do not have the funding available to repay the convertible promissory notes, make the payment required under the amended agreement with our former attorneys or pay the arbitration award to the other former attorney.

These conditions raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
