We have been offline for 11 calendar days. I would imagine when you change TA's and especially this TA, Worldwide Stock Transfer. They have a very good reputation for being, thorough and complete. The only way to have this kinda rep is to audit the share count.

As soon as WW is satisfied with numbers, then they come online.
