Think about it. They are looking for partners. Lockheed makes money through government contracts, etc.

I remember a company about 25 years ago that had a filter which could be used to clean the air. As air passed through it, a chemical reaction takes place and rids the impurities. It could be placed on top of buildings, to lawn mowers, etc.. The government did nothing to advance this product. Could have cured the problems of many cities, etc. (simple)
