Maybe it hasn't been filed because it was conditional on getting the STATE license??? Says they are purchasing it - but did they yet?

This appears to be the parcel map that includes the Gifford trust parcels.
It is outlined in red and includes multiple lots. 7810 being one of them.
So it wouldn't be that rock pile across the street afterall.
