they sure didnt, but they are sure being used to bail out washington and treasury at the expense of shareholders and taxpayers. as a taxpayer and a shareholder, I would rather the government be good stewards and hold up the law and their fiduciary duties through responsible governing and not steal from folks through illegal means. anyone who thinks that a person that gets a federal check, and a federal pension is not the government is either and idiot or a liar.
