Hey Jon,

I wrote to them to cancel my subscription back on Sept. 25. I guess it won't be news for me to post the reply I received. It's refreshing to see at least some of the uber-positive apologists starting to catch on to the fact that this organization is not immune to the pitfalls that more often than not doom under-performing sub pennies.

I received a copy of your email. Please appreciate that we are creating an entirely new genre of entertainment, and working with YouTube kids that are used to working a 10 second video. We are inventing this as we go, and it is leading to a number of VERY exciting developments.

The true value of an entrepreneur is in the ability to learn and pivot to a value proposition. We were also disappointed by the quality of the shows and the comments. But we are taking these lessons learned to develop and present a better solution.
This may take us a couple of passes, but we believe we will find the right combination of technology, production and monetization.
