Dilution!? It's down 90+% on the year and ready to move up again soon. Doesn't make sense to dilute anymore at all. Chart is ready for action boudreaux!!! Or insiders wouldn't be buying shares up. Last time they bought up shares like this ADMD spiked from .04 to .13, I just follow the money.

I have to consider that the family trust wants to obtain as many of the OS as possible as cheaply as possible. I think they are there. IMO this would explain the new insider activity after such a long continuous drop. They can pretty much paint any picture they want to. Did you notice the 2.2% institutional holding? Very unusual for a pink sheet at this price.

stockholders proxy vote on A/S increase by 4x end of this month. maybe the company votes not to increase A/S even though they claim they will. sometimes its a strategic maneuver to make it appear that A/S will be increased so company can buyback shares at lower pps -ive seen it before. its a win win for company and stockholders :) we will have to wait for results of proxy vote. imo potential increase in A/S already priced in at these levels.
