I've long suspected there is a lot of "buying" and "diluting" for reasons other than oil related business reasons. Just my opinion of course...no particular facts about anything. It is so obvious to me that an awful lot of shares are being "bought" for a worthless stock while there are a whole lot of shares being dumped to get what money there is "supposedly" streaming in. No production to speak of, if at all, and no real business seemingly going on. Looks like a duck. Walks like a duck. Prolly is a duck IMHO.
