I think there is the law of diminishing returns. At some point people just stop buying the stock. I have seen it happen before with a couple of them. They keep diluting to sub penny, and then do an RS, issue more shares, dilute, RS again, etc, etc. However, after about four times of this I noticed that the stocks did not really have anymore buyers. So though golden goose started laying eggs. That is why I think there is some incentive to get a real loan.
