I believe Pierce was talking about the P2b trial won't need a P3.
As for the monotherapy, MCC may be approved early 2016 with a P3 (I can't imagine a P2 of 15 patients would be approved early regardless of results), Melanoma won't start a P3 till this time next year, as the expanded P2 wont be complete till June?
