I am out but it makes sense. HIPH held back by chill and being pink; NYBD held back by Rico running the company instead of the ir and deals part....despite my lawsuit I like Als passion for the business he is in and the market he is going after. if he was fully reporting it would help significantly and a merger of this sort is a fast easy way to do so.
