tedwit, Mr.Parkin is the partner Mr. Viacheslav each having the role of board president of AURC and NDOL respectively..that IS true.

However I will not connect 'the dots' any further...although the probability for accuracy of my thought process may prove to be conclusive...I will leave it up to an Official PR to state such applying coincidences’ if so viable.
