Not true in any way. The planned RPE Phase2B with 100 SMD and 50 AMD is intended for early approval purposes especially in the UK under their MHRA guidelines.

One simply needs to connect the dots as to why 100 SMD and 50 AMD persons.

RPE injection at approx $3000 cost per eye, similiar to Lasik correction of healthy eyes, is very affordable.
