IMO the SEC's hands may be tied. The SEC has acted upon them regarding other issues which, apparently, do not seem to utilize the type of loopholes which have effected Neom's shareholders.
Should the SEC win their case, it could potentially effect us, however, I do not anticipate an outcome within a time frame that would please us.
