I sent this to him on 9-25-14, almost identical to your list...

Mr. Benjamin,

I have been an investor in Sierra Resource Inc for over 3 and a half years. I bought my first shares in February of 2011 at a price of $0.31 per share. From that time I continued to invest because the company seemed to be taking all the necessary steps to not only open the Chloride Mine but to build a solid business. As an investor I am upset that we have not been made aware of all the changes at Sierra and only found out by doing due diligence, and I am sure we still have missed a bunch of actions which include the following...

1.The approval of the MOP by the Kingman Office of the BLM.
2.The approval of the EA by the Kingman office of the BLM.
3.The apparent approval of most of the permits to open the mine.
4.The potential funding of the mine by Red Rock Assets.
5.The apparent change in management with the departure of Rod Martin and you taking over as intern CEO.

Shareholders should have been notified of anyone of these changes and yet we were not notified of any of these changes. Even if you decided to run a "dark" company SEC rules dictate that the shareholders be notified of that decision. I am also concerned that we do not even know if we are still shareholders in the Chloride Mine. I am sure if you were an investor in a company as I am in Sierra you would also be concerned and disappointed. Repeated phone calls and emails have gotten no response. Please update the shareholders and let us know what is going on even if not completely executed. Thank you...
