The Company agreed to effectuate a reverse stock split of its issued and outstanding common stock in an amount not less than 10 shares for 1 share within one hundred fifty (150) days from the date of funding.

By the by, PVSP has filed a NT 10-Q

Due to our reduced staffing levels we experienced delays in closing our quarter, and consequently our independent registered public accounting firm was unable to complete its review of our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense.

As a result of the foregoing, our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended August 31, 2014 will be filed on or before October 22, 2014, which is within the extension period provided under Rule 12b-25.
