I don't know either if your ideas would work or not. I am increasingly convinced that in the penny stock world stocks without profitability move almost exclusively by day-traders on news, and organized collusion efforts. I have real doubts that a reputable IR firm can get many people to buy a .07 stock that shows over a million in losses, has looming dilution, and is almost out of money again. Most people willing to gamble on this situation are day traders and not long term investors.
