That tweet was out yesterday shortly after 2:00, thats old news.

However you could be right about an update and the PPS. I try not to make price predictions because more often than not you end up looking foolish.

The one thing i am fairly certain of, the down side risk from here is much smaller than the up side potential. I believe its always wise to scale into any trade.
