What's this mean: "...second half of 2014 would be a time of great change for our shareholders."

And how about this one: "The impact of this is enormous to the Osage shareholder because..."

And again, "...all to the benefit of our shareholders."

So all of this BS about benefit to shareholders...how exactly do they prove that when the high was $1.83 and is now in the $.50-$.60 range? This has to rise 300% in order to break even.

Value to shareholders? Me thinks not.

Most likely but my point was even on the low side like 84 ,the numbers are large

Seems this news would have sent the SP higher.

Where do you see this headed?

What is the deal with the $25 million of notes setting under current liabilities?

Are they issuing shares to convert this debt to equity?
