I did call the TA. American Heritage Stock Transfer Inc. 80 Tiverton court, suite 205 Markham Ontario L3R 064

there are two numbers we found for them 416-907-3188

and 416-567-3350 The first one you get a guy named Peter you cant even understand, on a frigging answering machine that just says to leave a message. It doesn't even say American Heritage whatever.

I left a message and was never called back.

The second number just rings. I was able to get an answer and recognized the voice I think is the same as the first number on the answering machine. I just tried it this second and a guy answerd "hello" I asked him if this was AHSTI and he said no and gace me the first number.

I told him I called that and got an answering machine. So then he said "well I can help you". I said no thanks, and hung up.

What a shady operation, and we have confirmed the address as what we believe to be a VIRTUAL address!

In addition, the numbers come up as regualr personal number.

It's a frigging joke.

When i called a few weeks ago requesting the current share structure of PAIM, he told me to give him my name and he would call the company then get back to me. I couldn't believe it!!

I told him I wasn't giving him my name, so he basicaly shrugged me off stating he wouldn't give any information. I told him the information should be public to whoever requests it.

This bar far is one of the biggest messes I have seen in some time.

Richard Miller calls me and Pear or whoever starts screming at me on an extension or other lined conferenced in. She said she is the chairman, and clearily sounded asian, so it must of been this pearl person.

There is ALOT more thats been going on.

This may go down as one of the biggest pink sheet scams ever!! Why you say? Well because this one is actually going to get BUSTED!! It's going to be VERY soon!!
