common shares issued are around 4 billion now( because rest of notes are now series b and c and convert to common at anytime so blocks don't need to be issued after holding periods)....conman holds pfd a which have 1 share = 100,000 votes....so currently there are 4 billion common votes PLUS an additional 3 billion votes conman holds (30,000 pfd a)...total votes is 7 billion and anytime new b and c are converted to common then those shares get 1 vote....so he no longer holds majority vote as he has 42% roughly...he has let toxic take over imo...hes just the puppet but doesn't care as he keeps lights on and video cameras.
