If you read the Prospectus it clearly states settlements will likely be paid out in cash not bullion.

If your here for a silver hedge this ain't the place to be.

While I hope silver does well, and I think global messes are likely to boost it, recall that metals sank for 10 years, and that silver was down around $4, declining steadily as gold bugs kept predicting a reversal. They were right, eventually.
