Doesn't large bids like that bring down the PPS? It seems to have done that in the past.

Stock tend to rise when there is a large # of shares on the ask. On the bid, they tend to fall.

That is not good, IMO, so don't get too excited. And look, even with the ebola "news", this is under $1.60.

The 200-day MA pretty much stopped this "spike" dead in its tracks.
