What we see here is no dilution just retail panic by those who have not done their DD. Company is solid and CEO Calkin is fine tuning things as we speak getting ready for multiple events to take place from now til elections. Very busy time schedule right now as big things are happening in the industry.
I hope his solution is not a reverse split. This would be one way to bring up the stock value and reduce the number of shares. If this is his solution, I will be done with this stock.
