How do you figure citing SCOTUS opinions and the CAFC's own precedent setting opinions as a basis for rehearing en banc due to the panel decision "weak?"

Long-vestor, it looks to me by your answers that you do not believe in our Judicial System. It has been proved the patent office has verified the patents them over and over, the jury and the judge have rendered a guilty veredict against Google. Here come the two judges in the appeals court and have taken upon themselves to overturn a Judge and a Jury for oviousness that they can not explain.
