The breadth for the NYSE was 15:1 negative this morning. That's usually the sign of a panic low.

That term always confuses me, perhaps it's a TA thing. It supposes that there is a state when the market is perfect or whole and therefore operating at peak efficiency.

When is that?

Most technical traders that I know say that when the S&P 500 couldn't hold 1885, the Market was technically broken. They seem to have been right.
