Looking at past time frames for submission and effective declaration, then we could be coming out of the QP today. It depends on how fast the SEC gets it done. The 8K showed up and I may have missed it, as I was looking for an S-1. Filed on the 3rd of Oct. So now we await the 8K being declared effective. Once that happens then news could start flowing.
There seems to be unwritten rules the SEC requires. You don't want to be in negotiations for registration statements, and putting news out. Maybe it is simply out of respect to those with which you are negotiating. I am not sure. So for practical(unofficial) purposes, quiet periods are longer than advertised. But this one appears to be about over. In fact it looks like CSC is back trading. It has been nice seeing them out of the game during the QP.
