basically the MM's took us down today on no real volume, making any seller settle for lower prices for their shares.
More than likely they spotted a few sellers, and dropped the bid below their price to see if they would chase it down.
They took the bait,...and as soon as the shares dried up, the MM's just walked it right on back up.
The MM's had buyer at higher prices for those shares,imo.. but would not fill them there, they ignored those buyers,....they bought up the cheap shares themselves...and then sold them to the buyers above them.
