You know that purchasing all the shares at the bottom would've triggered alarms....

On the optimistic side they must certainly be expecting a rebound in the share price.....

True and if history is any kind of insight into this, they are expecting more than $2.50 a share since they didn't sell last time at those prices. Also, they bough even more shares this time, 2x more.
