Let's think about what was said.

He SAID he sold the stock and made money after the stock was delisted, however like many others, POSTED only that he was long and was holding the stock.

One of three things took place IMO

Either he didn't sell the stock and lost money, or
He was telling people to BUY when he was SELLING or
He never owned the stock and was a paid to post
