I liked the reasoning for the spin off and voted accordingly. Think it makes sense. No idea of the value of shares but knowing Greenpay will be in an up and coming sector that could POTENTIALLY assist customer and dispensaries I think it has great potential if marketed appropriately. I think it is a win-win as I don't think Greenpay will do any service to MYEC long term or even short term as they try to gain respect.
That is up to Ed, having met him and the team I trust their judgement. MYEC restarted it's life @ 0001 and appears to be doingfine with a 141 split he may have the balls to roll the dice again, their is a reason he chose Tahoe work it out. I also have a preliminary date for the spin off but will wait for the second coming. Peace just another clown.
No guess of value of Greenpay. Ultimately, the market will determine.
But Ed did say that big things are in the works w/r/t Greeenpay, and that from his vantage point, in the short term, he see its value on par with, or greater than, MYEC.
It will certainly be interesting to watch, though, for those who decide to hold onto those shares.
