my DD says this ceo is not stupid.. his other two tickers up huge !!! he did filings sos Fl current/ active there must be a good reason for it. He wont just let this ticker sit imo. I am waiting for the prize. I know of atleast 100 mil + shares locked up ~ GLTA ( IM in it to win it .......... )
