It is a symptom of a failure in teaching morality. All of the liberal PC handling, teaching and excusing along with big brother telling parents that can't do this and that has given US a large population that takes no ownership of responsibly and has no respect for anybody or anything.

Time outs don't work, and most of ADD and ADHD is an excuse for an untaught child of parents that neglected their duty and job!
