You can't on the OTC besides looking up a bi-monthly short interest number which is the only accurate short interest number on the OTC. That one was at 324k shares end of september. Now that said the naked short stuff that MM's do down here is another matter, you can't look that up. Often that's only for a short period anyway.
I'm guessing that some one is hoping that the seller will show up again, so he go short early, when the seller doesn't show up, he has to cover in the end of the day.
Let's see how many will take advantage of the shorter tomorrow. If you do, don't you give him any shares in the end of the day, make him bleed!
