I understand his point. My point: for someone who has been responsible for issuing countless PRs saying that XYZ was acquired or ABC deal was finalized ***NONE*** of which turned out to be true has no right to whine like a little beyotch because people are saying mean things about him.

Some are speculating that everything he writes now is a lie. They have a good foundation for making that assumption and will likely prove to be 100% correct.

1st, how nice that they can arbitrarily avoid transparency with their shareholders.

2nd, there is nothing in SUTI's "reporting standard" that indicates that they may LIE on OTC markets about the post split outstanding share count.

Or looking for filings for an r/s. They are completely unecessary at our reporting standard
