Thanks mansion! This is such an awesome buy right now. Someone just posted that the only thing at the site is "some pieces of wood"! Well, look a little closer...............we have power installed, construction trailers, land cleared and leveled AND those "pieces of wood" that are actually there for concrete pouring! That's HUGE news people! I just heard an add for a metal building 50x100' for $38,000..........even doubled, we can have a 100x200' building for under 100K!! Hell, Mr, James then hauls in his patented torrefaction unit and we are making pellets!! BTW, there is a rail line right there in the property! Load up people!
