With the bid under .13 and low for the day .125 it appears the entire market is choosing to ignore the MDA South Korean poster presentation. Certainly that has nothing to do with anything posted here.
You are spot on with that good finding jim30jen... under "medical devices", is an "investigational device exemption". I believe that if the company chooses to apply for one, then certain human trials could begin upon approval of that application... It was exactly the same point Marvin had refered me to last year and I believe it was somewhat mentioned in a Quarterly report nonchalantly in a single sentence somewhere which I do not have time to look up now...:)
