The relationship between the CEO and board directors might bother some, but don't let the Nasdaq requirements scare you away as it seems they have that in mind.

Director approval was on the proxy ballot, right? I haven't heard the outcome of the ballots, but I suspect they will have been confirmed by the shareholders.
