The whole foods deal was for a regional Whole Foods, the PR carries the States who's Whole Foods carry RUSH products. Sorry if this doesn't address your question but it's what I think you where asking.

The list isn't all inclusive/exclusive, Georgia isn't on it but my mid-town Atlnata Whole Foods Market carries Ginseng Rush but I understand many of the suburban stores do not. My bottle's says manufactured for Rush Beverage Co, Blue Island, IL. No biggy anyway. For example, Coke ships thier syrup to liscensed bottler's in the UK for bottling under lisence and distribution to continental Europe. It's more cost effective to bottle locally than ship accross the Atlanatic, and I don't see why this wouldn't be the case here in the US for say Illinois & Florida especially with rising gas prices.
