Considering his manner; I don't think that was his reasoning....
As far as sheff goes; he seems to have a following, and I would assume for good reasoning....however I would say he shows weakness in the sense that his tipping point for selling was he has been getting hammered lately....in this case that doesn't demonstrate much insight or that he is mentally ticking on all cylinders....
Just saying.....
Trust me; I have many days where I lose a bit of control.....fewer and fewer though as time goes
