Really....really, what's my point? Spent 57 million for just some of the construction material alone. still have property, construction labor, heaven knows how many water shares you need for 6000 gallons per minute year round. Uh! thats about 3 trillion gallons of water per year. That is enough water to empty 3/4 of the largest reservoir in the US "lake mead" every single year. California might have something to say about that.
