What would that mean as far as we`re concerned? don`t know much about that.

I am NOT sure what it means at all. If true, is it good or bad? Wells Fargo will demand a certain amount of cash on hand for that credit. They will have other demands as well. I guess, best to see what the terms of the deal are. It would however signal an end to dilution. (Well... not really as I found out on another stock earlier this year, but hey....)
