OK so here is my logic

The v wave is pulling back a bit, the oscillator is negative which means risk is going down which means stock prices are pulling back a bit.

1) a signal not to start new AIM accounts

2) A signal to not put off any sales

3) A signal to not be in a hurry to add to positions.
