With respect, No local representative would have any knowledge of a companies interest in an acquisition of another company. More rumors.

Titan WILL NOT be acquired pre-FDA clearance IMO. Not in Titans interest in any way to sell as long as they are hitting milestones and will make it to market. They know PPS will rise significantly with milestone achievements and CE/FDA clearances. Discussions will be entertained by Titan as market clearances are attained but more from a perspective of them gauging interest and value. You don't work this hard and then sell at a low PPS when it will be 10x higher or more with approvals. My opinion is they would not sell for two plus years to establish some sales and to allow PPS to rise to good levels where they could optimize multiples on acquisition.
