called the attorney and all the assets were sold at auction to United and the lender was the only bidder who showed up... so now all ECAU has is the patents and debt... who knows what they are worth or what will happen to the company now... still can't make heads or tails of the Gunter form 3, unless he was in the dark about the auction and it was awful timing... who knows...
